Jerry comes to EPRI with over 13 years of service at Xcel Energy, where he contributed significantly across diverse departments. He played an instrumental role in establishing and helping to design and build Xcel Energy's Innovation Lab, spearheaded the company's internal "Shark Tank" initiative, and most recently, successfully developed and led the Intellectual Property program at Xcel.
