About Koffman Incubator
Koffman Incubator is a member of InBIA, providing a soft landing space for international companies expanding to the US. Since January 2022, 65 companies have joined the Soft Landing New York program, primarily in Clean Energy, Battery & Energy Storage, and Food/Agriculture sectors, with some in textiles and fashion.
Program Highlights:
Hybrid Format:
Virtual: 12 workshops covering international law, HR, immigration, customer discovery, and more.
In-Person (Optional): 1-2 weeks of engagement in Binghamton, NY.
Note: Travel and lodging costs for the in-person visit are covered by the participants.
Global Program For Korean companies seeking US expansion, this program offers:
Kick-Off Week (Korea): In-person workshops on US expansion and American work culture.
Virtual Program: 10-12 workshops on various business operations.
Final Weeks (NY): In-person week in upstate NY for customer discovery and strategic partnerships.

Bandhana Katoch is a seasoned business development professional with over 20 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs and the ecosystems that help them thrive. She has a strong background in technology assessments for early-stage innovations in agriculture, food, sustainability, and medical/life sciences.
Career Highlights:
Worked with 300+ federally funded small businesses and over 1,000 community businesses across Missouri, California, and New York.
Combines scientific knowledge, business acumen, and legal expertise to build entrepreneurial ecosystems in the US and internationally.
